In both of the alphas we already had the same content-lock at level1. Only in the 5 tech-tests you could level up unlimited. But the content-lock was announced before the beta starts.

Donnie and me discussed a lot about this during the two Alpha tests and found out this is similar to the Beta of The Crew 1. Back in these days the level-up was locked at level 10. You could do any race unlocked until this level, explore the whole map, find any car dealer and buy every full stock vehicle, but more wasn't possible, no skills, only 1 HQ, no perf cars, no raid, no circuit ... when I remember correctly not even the offroad stuff, even though it normally was unlocked at level 10.

well... on the bright side
it does run sweet and i like the new look
and graphics and... handling a lot more then the old screwed
