uPlay vs Connect problem

Over the last few weeks since uPlay changed to Connect, I've noticed that at least 50% of the time my friends are not showing in the game and I have to restart for them to show.

My boss said you should have been here at 9, I said why, what happened. He was not amused.

Yeah i have the same problem. Sometimes it takes 5 starts until i see the fl.
