got a new to me ride with 52k miles. I had 16 challenger r/t, 14 mustang gt, figured why not complete the basic set LOL. I haven't had much time to drive it yet, i know it scoots, though :) first thing it needs the stock exhaust replaced, way to tame sounding, then maybe some wheels later, etc etc...

I gotta admit, it's a little bit getting in and out for a big guy, but once in it's reasonably comfortable, and it shags ass. My 14 5.0 stang was same, but pretty cramped inside, but it was a 6 speed so it was a blast to drive. Both have ATROCIOUS visibility and blind spots, really got to pay attention backing up or changing lanes, etc.

The 16 challenger r/t was the slowest, especially at higher speed it didn't have the oomph, was like pushing a brick through the air, and by far the heaviest, but it was like a luxury sport car to drive, good visibility, mega room inside and it probably got the most attention BY FAR. Always had people coming up to me and commenting on the r/t. Honestly I think the challenger is the best looking body style of the three.

Car's like that are no good in europe with the high gas prizes and high ensurance prizes.
And that's without even telling you about the narrow streets or parking spaces here.
But they look really good, i admit...

gas prices, insurance, and doesn't it cost a fortune to license cars with bigger motors. i thought someone told me that once when we were talking about a ford excursion i once had. he bout had a stroke when i told him it was a v-10 triton motor, and it got about 9mpg downhill with a tail wind LOL.

gas prices, insurance and road tax (gets more when the weight is bigger) are what
cost's us so much, gas prices and road tax taking the cake...
specially vwith big engine's and heavy cars.
i have a friend that owns a hummer (the original first one) and it uses so much gas
that he only uses it nowadays as a advert sign.
nobody wants to buy it of him and normal use is only for the super rich in europe.
and most of the time he cant even park it because it uses almost 2 parking spaces lol
