Is this player cheating:

This is just another "afk"-farmer.

You can consider it as cheating, but it's more some kind of exploiting. Although i don't care personally about these exploiters, i know they are a thorn in the eye of a lot of players and hopefully Ubi/IT is doing something about it.

you would hope ubi would punish them but knowing how
much ubi likes to ignore or even deny the use of it i doubt
anything will happen to people like this...

uber lame in my opinion...

Funny thing is when you push this guy a little bit away, just 10 or 20 meters are enough and he/she can't collect the followers anymore with the keyboard script
And I already heard about reset TC2 savegames due to script using. Don't know if it's true but when I appreciate this
