Last night i tested it for the streetcars. I put 7 quality-lootparts in the Huracan with a combined bonus of around 40% (plus 8,9% bonus from the menu) and i got only crappy parts. I drove every streetrace on ace, got around 40 parts and scrapped around 90% instantly, because it were only parts for lootboxes, slipstream, mud or nitroperks you do not need (jumping, drifting or just less percentage-boost than i already have).
While testing i got only 3 or 4 golden parts for lootboxes. Yeah!
I felt the loot got even worse when i took the "quality-parts"-Lambo instead of the fully-nitro-perk-Audi (which i took before to train The Sleeper for a current community-challenge).
